Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the cancellation.
Refund Policy
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our sweets, we do not accept returns. Refunds will only be issued in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
- Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 1 days of delivery and provide evidence of the issue (e.g., photos of the damaged product).
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
